Transition Assistance Program (TAP) is a Commander’s Program and a Soldier’s responsibility. TAP provides information and training to ensure transitioning Soldiers, Department of the Army (DA) Civilians, Retirees, Soldiers’ Family members and Caregivers are prepared for their next step in life - whether pursuing additional education, finding a job in the public or private sector, or starting their own business.

Over the years, a tight knit group of airmen alongside Trey set their sights on filling what was missing with a makeshift extended "family". Out of that small "family" of brothers, the first Warrior's Thanksgiving Feast was born, as a way to make sure our local Warriors were not alone at Thanksgiving. From that November 2014 night, the idea of a non-profit organization was born.

•We provide Soldiers, their Family members and Veterans assistance in finding employment or education opportunities with our vetted partners through our Army Reserve Employment Specialists and Transition Readiness Liaisons.

Operation Red Wings Foundation works with nonprofits and other organizations to help Veterans get the resources they deserve. Our partners & Sponsors contribute resources, time, transportation, and more to help fill the gaps in Veteran care.
